Nicholas is responsible for conducting research, data collection and analysis for a variety of MSC's projects. Trained in spotting the energy saving opportunities for healthcare facilities, Nicholas is the coordinator for the ENERGY STAR Healthcare Energy Leadership Program, including the delivery of ENERGY STAR webinars and the writing of case studies and information resources.  A graduate of the University of Waterloo's Environment and Business Program, Nicholas has experience in making the business case for sustainability. Nicholas' experience draws upon paid and unpaid positions with Hewlett-Packard Development Company L.P., the University of Waterloo, Hydro One Networks Inc., ICF International, and Sustainable Waterloo Region. He has contributed to the development of several decision-making tools that draw upon his abilities in the areas of: cost-benefit analysis, benchmarking and carbon accounting, corporate sustainability and environmental communications.
