| Brendan is an experienced project manager and educator. For the past three years, Brendan has been responsible for managing research and action-based projects as well as seeking new social enterprise opportunities that will contribute to MSC's future development. Brendan has managed projects ranging from examining what individual consumers face in retail stores to how people in larger organizations procure goods and services. His research interests centre on how information technologies can be used as decision-making and measurement tools to help people and organizations make socially conscious purchasing decisions for a more sustainable future. Brendan is also co-chair of the Waterloo Region Food System Roundtable and participates as a consumer representative on the Canadian Standards Association's Technical Committee on the Sustainability of Household Appliances. Brendan has a Bachelor of Science and Honours Bachelor of Outdoor Recreation from Lakehead University.
